RETURNS & EXCHANGES
3-7 Days Guarantee
We wish to provide the the highest quality merchandise at good price. However,
if you are not delighted with the purchase, state a valid reason that is
acceptable to us and return the unused item in
original condition within 3 days for an exchange, less
shipping costs and any handling surcharges. It is very important that items be
in original condition or we will charge recovery costs. Exchanges made
for items of greater value will
have the difference billed to the payment method used. The original order
purchased from departmental stores or retailers outlets will follow the policy
of theirs.

Damaged Items
We have inspection procedure to make sure the goods are in good condition before
we ship to you. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please
return the item for exchange within 3 days of receipt. We allow 3 days due to
limited availability and to deter fraud. Please see return directions below. We
randomly took pictures of the goods before delivery, therefore, if we notice the
damages are due to mis-handling by customers, no return & exchange will apply in
this case.
